Scope and definitions
This Privacy Policy describes how Stelvy LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("Stelvy", "we", "us", or "our"), handles information collected through stelvy.com(the "Site").
The Site is purely a corporate landing page. It does not host accounts, payments, sign-up forms, comment threads, or other interactive features beyond reading and navigation. The products listed on the Site — including CommentPicker, Searchfy, and any future Stelvy product — are operated under their own domains and have their own privacy policies. This Policy does not cover them.
Throughout this document, "personal information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to a particular individual or household. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Because the Site has no forms, accounts, or transactions, we collect very little information.
2.1 Information collected automatically
When you load a page on the Site, our systems automatically receive a small set of technical information typical of any web visit:
- IP address, approximate location (typically city or country), browser type, operating system, and basic device characteristics.
- Pages viewed, the referring URL, links clicked, and the date and time of each interaction.
- A small set of cookies and similar identifiers used for basic analytics and security.
2.2 Information you choose to send us
If you contact us directly (for example by writing to a published email address), we will receive whatever information you choose to include in that message. We use it only to respond to your inquiry.
We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising on this Site, and we do not use information collected here for behavioral profiling.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Operate, maintain, and protect the Site.
- Understand which pages and content people find useful, in aggregate, so we can improve them.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access.
- Respond to direct inquiries and the occasional press, partnership, or legal matter.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
International transfers
Stelvy LLC is registered in New Mexico, United States. Our service providers operate primarily in the United States and the European Union. By using the Site, you understand that information may be processed in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those of your home country. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent lawful transfer mechanisms.
Data retention
We retain technical and analytics data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy.
- Server and analytics logs: typically up to twelve months, unless required for security investigations or legal hold.
- Direct correspondence: kept for as long as necessary to handle the matter raised, plus a reasonable period for our records.
When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion of your personal information.
- Object to or restrict certain types of processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on your consent.
Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland have these rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Residents of California have analogous rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Stelvy does not sell personal information.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the channels described in the "Contact" section. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Security
We protect the Site and any information collected through it using industry-standard measures, including TLS encryption in transit, strict access controls on operational data, and regular security monitoring. No system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If we ever discover a breach affecting personal information, we will notify affected individuals in accordance with applicable law.
Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted in the version history. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes acceptance.
