These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of stelvy.com(the "Site"), operated by Stelvy LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("Stelvy", "we", "us", or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by them and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is purely a corporate landing page. It does not host accounts, payments, subscriptions, support requests, or other interactive services. There is nothing to buy or sign up for here.

The products listed on the Site are operated separately. Each product has its own terms of service, privacy policy, and (where applicable) billing arrangements that apply when you use it. These Terms do not apply to those products.

You may browse the Site if you can lawfully do so under the laws of your jurisdiction. By using the Site, you represent that your use will comply with all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including blocking access and cooperating with law enforcement.

The Site — including its software, design, text, graphics, layout, logos, and other content — is owned by Stelvy LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial use.

"Stelvy," the Stelvy peak mark, and the names of our products are trademarks of Stelvy LLC. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

The Site contains links to our own products and to third-party platforms (such as social networks where our giveaway tools operate). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of those external sites. Your interactions with them are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. Stelvy does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

You use the Site at your own risk. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or professional advice.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stelvy and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (i) your use of the Site, (ii) your violation of these Terms, or (iii) your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10.1 Informal resolution

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us and to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. We will do the same.

10.2 Venue

If informal resolution fails, you agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

10.3 No class actions

You agree to bring claims only on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.

12.1 Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stelvy regarding the Site. Each Stelvy product is governed by its own separate agreement.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets.

12.4 No waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.
